According to Holly “Windstalker” Longdale, this July 4th weekend will not see Double XP as we’ve seen in past years (EQ is having one this year), however we will see a 40% rebate for selected StationCash items. For the last eight hours or so, players on EU servers including Storms, Valor, and Splitpaw, have been unable to login to EQ2 as they receive this message: Login Rejected:The Clients version does not match the Servers. please rerun the patcher. The issue seems to have been caused by the game Launchpad receiving updated files (via a Manifest file) hours before the Server has been patched.
