There are four major factions offering Adornments, Armor, Jewelry, Weapons, and House Items in Destiny of Velious:
There are solo, repeatable, and dungeon-based quests to earn faction with the Othmir, Snowfang Gnolls, Ry’Gorr, and Thurgadin. Yellow Adornments are LEGENDARY, level 80 or 90, and cost 5 Primal Velium Shards and 5 plat and 4 gold.

Effect: 2.0 times per minute, 16s duration, On healing spell, heals 951-1051 instantly and every 2s.
Effect: Increases maximum Health by 1,000.

Effect: 10 addtional chance to riposte
Effect: 5% AE Autoattack
Effect: 5% Resistability of all spells
Effect: 2.0 times per minute, duration 15 seconds, On a critical healing, combat hit, or spell, increases Reuse and Recovery by 10%
Effect: 2.0 times per minute, duration: 10 seconds, On a critical combat hit, or spell, decreases target’s elemental noxious and arcane by 1,497.

Effect: 2.0 times per minute, 15 seconds, On critical combat hit or spell, decreases mob’s INT 134, 2,075-2,293 mental single target.
Effect: 2.0 times per minute, 15 seconds, On critical combat hit or spell, decreases mob’s STR 134, 2,075-2,293 disease single target.
Effect: 2.0 times per minute, On critical combat hit or spell, 4,014-4,436 heat single target.
Effect: 2.0 times per minute, On critical healing spell cast, cures 113 levels & heals 4,755-5,255 target of heal cast.
Effect: 2.0 times per minute, 10 seconds duration, On critical combat hit or spell, increases crit bonus of caster by 10%.
Effect: 1.5% Multiattack, 1.5% Crititical Chance
Effect: 1% Ability Reuse speed, Recovery speed
Effect: +1.5% Hate Gain, 1.5% Block Chance

Effect: 2.0 times per minute, 30 seconds duration, On critical healing spell cast, casts Aegis I on target 4,000 ward for all types of damage.
Effect: 2.0 times per minute, 10 seconds duration, On critical combat hit or spell, decreases mob’s physical mitigation by 1,497.
Effect: 3% Potency
Effect: 2.0 times per minute, 12s duration, On critical combat hit or spell, increases multi attack by 20%.
Effect: 2.0 times per minute, 10 seconds duration, On critical combat hit or spell, increases potency by 10%.
Effect: 2.0 times per minute, On critical combat hit or spell, 2,075-2,293 poison damage on target, heals caster for 1,037-1,147.
Effect: 2.0 times per minute, Wards caster 2,000 damage, refreshes 200 every 2 seconds. After depletion of ward the caster is immune to being ward again for 30 seconds.
Effect: 2.0 times per minute, 16s duration, On critical combat hit or spell, 803-887 disease damage instantly and every 2s.
Effect: 2.0 times per minute, 10 seconds duration, On critical combat hit or spell, increases Max HP by 2,542.6.
Effect: 2.0 times per minute, 30 seconds duration, On critical healing spell, 5 triggers of reactive heal 1,372-1,517.

I’m looking at the Kael Drakkel Adornments right now. All 38 of them are Cloak, Waist, and Charm which tells me they are the War Runes we heard about. However I’ve also heard that they will change between now and live, so do I make a guide? Hmm…

+1000 hp seriously ? why not 100.000 ? that cant be true…
And procs… Most of them are overpowered, and unbalanced.
Seriously 30 sec immunity on ward proc ? Creazy… In fight 30 sec is forever. If it would have been 5 second i could understand but 30 !
I updated this article about Yellow Adornments on March 8, 2011 to reflect changes from Beta to Live. Most procs that did direct damage were cut in half.
