Traditionally, when an item has been placed in a Guild Hall, that item has been considered as “donated” by the person placing it. As there is no cash value to items acquired in-game, donation seems an appropriate paradigm. However with the introduction of furniture and other placeable items to the StationCash Marketplace, you are entering the realm of items with cash value. From Rothgar on the EQ2 Forums: The Mistmoore Crag Estate item limit should not have been less than the other large houses already available. We’ve decided to up the limit from 600 to 800. This change should be going out in the next hotfix.

Niami Denmother over at EQTraders has posted a new article about new Hua Mein furniture added with yesterday’s Hotfix. Today, one new furniture item was added to the hua’mein faction vendor in the Sundered Frontier (the hua mein artisan). In addition, however, 12 furniture items were added to the Stonebrunt Mountains pandas, the Disciples of Circling Destiny. The phase of the moon is just right and the mushroom rings will be active again for a short time. There are more house items and other rewards than ever for the Moonlight Enchantments event this time around. The event will turn on at 12:01am PDT on December 20th and run until 11:59pm PDT on December 21st. These times apply directly with no time conversion to all servers.
