    1. How much longer are we going to be kept in the dark about how much of the eq2 team has been fired?

Until those team members feel comfortable sharing this information with the world. And not a moment sooner.

      1. When I asked that I meant more along the lines of an official statements in regards to the amount of people fired from the EQ2 team as a whole. Names need not be included. I thought my original question was quite direct and to the point. Are we talking 10% , 20% more?

    1. Sort of agree, knowing who and how many is not necessary, WHAT would be nice is to know what impact this will have on future delivery of stuff, particularly stuff that was talked about at SOE Live, but I do not think they will talk about that either.

    2. Knowing a rough estimate at least in regards to %’s (Not the names of people obv) is a good indication for the future of a game a lot of us have played for a very long time. Being curious about the future of the game, and cutting a large portion of the people who create and manage this game on various level, is a justified thought process.

  1. Give Holly a few weeks to figure out the likely impact and I’m sure the announcements about what’s coming next (or not) will follow.

The immediate impact is likely low from an in-game perspective, though discretionary projects like community data feeds, authentication and chat will likely require a strong business case and support to gain traction.
