As you may know, in Destiny of Velious, certain dungeons reduce your Critical Chance by a fixed amount. You thus need to go over 100% just to reach 100% critical chance. Thanks to Buffrat for collecting this information and posting it on EQ2Flames.
You need the following crit chance in velious to crit 100%:
Estimated Crit Numbers:
Heroic Tower of Frozen Shadow (ToFS) Zones – 150% Crit
Heroic Kraytoc Zones – 150% Crit
Heroic Kael Drakkel (KD) Zones – 200% Crit
ToFS x2 – 170% crit
Kraytocs
E-180% crit
H-200% critHall of Legends
E-200% crit
H-230% critFoundations of Stone
E-200% crit
H-230% critThere are two x4 contested named
Soren the Vindicator – 300% crit
Tantor XII- 230%+(guess since i couldnt find the info)

Keep in mind these are just estimates. I haven’t done any extensive testing on them and they were just what I heard from reliable sources during beta. The Hardmode Kael Drakkel raid zones seem closer to 250 than 230. Also ToFSx2 seems way out of line with anything, but it could just be bugged.
too bad they could not make it simple to understand and have 100% critical chance actually mean 100% critical chance. What a concept huh?
I’d just be happy if they’d put the buff most of the KD mobs have on the rest of the mobs in the game using the crit avoidance mechanic.
