How Many Points, Where Can I Spend?
Destiny of Velious increases the number of AAs you can earn from 250 to 300 points, and adds an entirely new “Heroic” tree where additional AA points can be spent.
- The first row of 3 abilities in the Heroic tree are common to all 24 classes. You can raise your Main Stats, Ability Mod, Health/Power. You must first have spent 200 points in the other trees (Subclass, Class, and Shadows).
- The second row of 3 abilities in the Heroic tree are also common to all 24 classes. You can increase your Crit Bonus, Potency, and/or Ability Reuse. You must have spent 225 points in all AA trees combined and 10 points in Heroic.
- The third row opens up your Subclass (Enchanter, Warrior, Crusader, Predator, Druid, etc.) abilities which require 20 spoints spent in Heroic and requires 250 total points to have been spent.
- The fourth row is your Subclass End line abilities. This requires 48 points to have been spent in Heroic, and 275 points to have been spent in all trees combined.
As you can see, you can boost whichever stats you want, and you can buy up several abilities (most are passive buffs).
Last time i checked, the 2nd row required 10 points spend in the Heroic tree also, before it would unlock.
Silzin,
Thanks, I fixed it.
These are far more generic than I was hoping for. I figured with an AA only expansion there would be something pretty cool. This, as it stands currently, is disappointing. At least to me.
When I think new AAs I don’t think “spend ten points just to raise your stats.”
I know it is a minor thing and sorry for nitpicking…
The 3rd and 4th row are for your class (not your sub-class)
Archetype: Fighter
Class: Warrior
Sub-Class: Guardian
Again, a minor thing 😉
Yeah, that bothers me too, but unfortunately everyone knows Guardian as their “class”. Maybe we need a new term. Overclass. Pairedclass. Sharedclass. Twinclass. Dopplegangerclass.
Can you use these aa’s if you have 200 aa’s spent but are under lvl 81, or do you also have to be lvl 81 like the SF aa’s?
