❓ They are trying to deplete some questions before Fanfare. 🙄 Actually, I’m sure we’ll hear recycled questions plenty (many from every prior FF). It is the nature of the beast.
If they want to change it up they should let veteran audience members answer the questions first. If the devs/designers age with the answer the person wins some swag. Only stumpers are deferred to the panel. It could be fun.
Question 1 DNS error: what happened, who was to blame, and what are you doing to apologize for the outage.
(I guess we know most of the answer but it would be nice to have someone from Management or the back end to answer it, after all it was not the EQ2 teams fault.)
Smedley already said they are sorry and admitted it was SOE fault…
I d love to ask a question… but you know since I can’t access their website….
I think the whole thing was a pain and embarrassing, but what is knowing the person or their punishment going to do? I’m amazed how many across the different forums think being a SOE customer entitles them to major shareholder or managerial rights. We are CUSTOMERS and we have one option: keep buying the product, find an alternative or quit cold.
I’ve tried all three yet stick with the first option. The team is communicating and reacting to customers better than ever even with several folks who pay nothing running around.
Do people REALLY believe the disparagingly critical remarks aimed at the people who go to work each day to build a game and manage a company? Really?
People say things from behind a keyboard that they would never say in person.
I am still getting the blue circle of doom!
