These issues have been resolved..
Daybreak Games’s launchpads seem to be experiencing difficulties.
We are currently investigating issues with logins across our games, forums, and websites. Thank you for your patience.

Fortunately we’re able to connect directly to EQ2 by right-clicking on the EQ2 shortcut on our desktops, choosing “Open File Location“. Then scroll down to the “EverQuest2.exe” icon (you might have file extensions such as .exe hidden) and double-click it. You’ll have to enter your password and character name manually, but at least then you can get into the game.
Able to connect but the login servers just cycle and then it goes that all login servers are busy. So its still and issue.
That’s not working for me though, even though I do the password and character name manually. It just tries the login servers and fails. This is when we make jokes about “They Break Games”, right?
The in-game spam filter won’t let you use the term “break games”.
Finally! Very random. Maybe they fixed it.
What a surprise…
For some reason, every time I see DBG I can’t help but think of the word douchebag.
