Commentary
So 30% off StationCash (online only) on Friday:
- $10.50 for 1500SC calculates out to $1 per 142SC
and 25% extra StationCash (online only) on Monday.
- $15 for 1875SC calculates out to $1 per 125SC
If you were hoping for Triple or Double StationCash, well, this is less than 1 1/2 times StationCash.
🙁 this announcement leaves me unhopeful for any kind of a decent deal at xmas. they have always done at least double for xmas, but looking at the pattern for this year we might be lucky to get 20% bonus.
They are about to put out yet another new game to eat station cash around the same time. I would be willing to bet you won’t see any decent SC deals until likely Feb/March at the earliest.
Looks like SOE finally hired an accountant.
They need to just announce that 30% is the best deal we’re going to get and that Double and Triple are gone forever. Otherwise, people will just wait with their credit cards in their pockets. That’s not particularly good for business last I checked.
Now if they could hire Marketing and PR…
Feldon, I agree they should admit it and tell us the plan. But knowing it or not, I will not by SC unless it’s triple and I can use the Walmart cards. People can say what they want about it being and business and such but this is what they started and they set the precedent. It will not hurt me to go without out SC.
If you won’t buy SC til it’s Triple, then you won’t be buying it ever again. Sorry.
