POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION Siren’s Grotto: Dissension [Raid] Overlord Talan’s doppelganger will no longer attack instantly when it is summoned and will delay casting spells for a short duration. The combine elite adds summoned by Overlord Talan memwipe less frequently and are now immune to area of effect abilities unless directly targeted. ITEMS Dulgur Bindmagic now sells armor runes that reduce the resistibility of all spells. The cost of red and yellow adornments sold by Dulgur Bindmagic have been reduced.
