The new combined Housing / Leaderboards window hit Test on May 15th and received mostly positive reviews, although some players expressed frustration at the addition of another zoning step for touring houses. This extra zoning happens between each house your tour, so touring houses will take twice as long. Still, the rest of the new features have been positively received.
NOTE: This is not the Player Studio House-selling feature.
Last time I was on the test server they had reverted the ability to visit leaderboards from houses taking care of the double zoning issue for touring:)
