I got a tripple SC but it wouldn’t let me buy the 85.00 for 30k SC, it said I had reached my daily limit of 30K SC (I haven’t purchased any today) even though that was what I was purchasing. I ended up going with the 15k, because I couldn’t get the max to work.
I’ve gotten word that people trying to buy 30k for $85 should open a ticket with Customer Support at http://help.soe.com/
Mine was just 50% – so I’ll wait and see if something better comes along. I already have over 30K SC from the last double promo, so I won’t be too upset if they don’t get my money this time around 🙂
Got a Triple SC on one account and a Double SC on the 2nd account. I have been wanting to consolidate the two accounts so now might be the best time.
I opted in and have for a long time and no emails have been forthcoming with this type of deal. oh well. another flubb for SOE.

Another stellar idea by SOE that was piss-poorly implemented. I got a triple station cash bonus code but it won’t let me buy the 10k option. Says I have exceeded my daily limit of 30k station cash.
Makes sense, by buying 30k station cash it’s puts me exactly 0 over the 30k daily limit. Oh well, marketing just helped me to spend $85 fewer dollars today.
They’re aware of it and trying to fix the problem. For now if you want to buy 30k SC for $85 then open a ticket with Customer Service.
Ouch, talk about poor timing. Just went shopping for Christmas last night.
Another glitch. While my husband was updating his credit card info the window timed out and he wasn’t given the discount. My window timed out while I was looking at gifting rules and I got a message that I could only apply one discount per 24 hours when I tried to reapply the code. Those windows time out waaay too fast.
Needless to say, we both sent in petitions.
The timeout is ridiculous. It’s like 60 seconds.
SOE CS took care of my husband’s petition but they say they cannot fix my issue. This is stupid.
While trying to figure out my discount it timed out and now says its been expired. Not going to petition, just not going to buy anything.
Fail.
I wonder if SOE looks at these messages of lost sales and just kicks themselves for all that revenue they are missing out on. Would love to know.
