I got 279 right now, I was just about to find a grind group last night when my friends came over and made me go out to the bar. I got a call this morning (Saturday) from boss needing me to come into work as a coworker called in sick, so now i got 7.5 more hours before I can go home and try to start grinding some aa’s. so… so far i have not got any aa’s this weekend,
I’ve earned about 125 AA’s so far, across different characters. Started working on Tinkerfest, but when I saw the double XP had already started as well, it was hard not to take advantage of that.
I was 2 boxing Got my fury form lvl 80 to 88 and over 100 aa so far I have played almost 15 hrs also i had my monk on AF she went form 225 AA to 300 and lvl 85 to 90
I just love dbl xp weekend i did use up all of my xp potion.
so today im goin gto try and get my ranger up he is 80 with 175 AA
I am maxed out. I been working on shards.
I’ve gotten 10 trade skill levels yesterday gone from 63 to 73, going to work on a few aa today. Look into tinkerfest Monday. Glad to have a hulu backlog or else I’d of gone insane working on trade skills so long.
worked on trade skilling a bit but spent quite a bit of time looking at the changes on test w/gu 61

SOE Does advertise….just its every other game except EQ2….like FreeRealms which is the biggest bleeder on their financials

Lvling a bit my toons and there aa ..tinkerfest no i have it done for ages with my mains…and i was some hours on test server to check gu61.. some nice stuff but many buggs and still missing beastlord pre quest 😛

Yesterday I went from 65 armorsmith to 85 so my level 32 inqui could have a flying mount. She’s now 39 with an extra 7 AAs. And that was just Friday. Did a little bit of the Tinkerfest, just enough to buy the new blueprints. Its not really all that interesting to me.
Can’t check out the test server because for some reason, it does not exist on my computer anymore Dunno why.
EXP first, then tinkerfest until I have the stuff I want to do this tinker home I wanna do… And lastly I’ll hop back on test and start really going over what they did.
300AA, planning on getting another 2-3 characters to 250ish AA (those last 50 are just brutal).
Planning on getting 3 characters at minimum to 90 Crafting.
Won’t bother with Tinkerfest til dub XP is gone.
I went from a 55 Woodworker to 90 yesterday. Started just after the double exp went live, ended around 7pm, but it wasn’t like a marathon or anything. I did sleep and do other stuff, and didn’t stick solely to rush orders (did slower ones to add to my Completed Quests number :P). Used 2 110% exp potions and refilled my vitality meter 3 times (once with the vet reward hammer and twice with LoN potions).
around 250 aa atm. won’t touch tinkerfest till after the xp bonus is done.
picked up 2 aa so far.
Will deal with Tinkerfest on Monday.
I’ve been working on AA on my 90 brigand, did the Dragon Ring event with my maxed out warlock, and am working on getting as many levels on my 98% to 87 conjuror. Tinkerfest on Monday.
I got 78 AAs in about 5 hours to get max 300
Been playing with my little toons, As i am a casual player and not a hardcore, I don’t mind single xp, or double xp. Heh. I think i’ve gotten 1 level and 7 aa’s on my little wizard
Maxed AAs on my main templar (so slack). Used up 200 tinker tokens from last year along with 150 more I grabbed this year. Bored now. Logged off. But that’s just me. I can’t be arsed to altaholic lately.
Grinded 105 AAs on my level 25 inqy, 110 on my brother’s dirge, got my ranger from 186 to 240, and from all that I got about 8 on my SK.
went from 190 to 277 so far but thats only for a few hours each night cause of work…see u at 300 tomorro
L8 warlock was logged in for the first time in a while yesterday.. Now it’s just about L50 with 158 AA.
Focussed on Tinkerfest with my maxed gnome tinkerer. Only had time to play on Friday evening, so not gained anything from the bonus so far. Don’t care about it anyway, XP comes fast enough without.
Will not go to testserver.
Silly casual alt with lots of RL interruptions gains…

One day to go, with plenty more interruptions.
I only play 1 toon, was maxed on 300 AA’s on the double XP day we got from those 8 days of DoV stuff when it launched.
I got crafters to level, but not really too interested in that atm.
So, I’m not doin anything this weekend, havn’t even been online yet. lol
I’m logging in for a raid sunday night and that’s about it for me.
So far, a level 52 to 88, 77 to 272 AA’s, will easily be 90/300 by tonight 🙂 Keep alternating between XP slider at 0 and 100. Vitality helps ALOT
Got my dirge her last 13 aa, got my guardian up to 81 from 44, and got my defiler from 227 aa to 253 aa. Hoping to get to 270+ on the defiler and 90 on the guardian today.
I’ve gotten 84 aa on my mystic, 40 on my Illy, and the final 3 on my SK. Still planning on getting my dirge that’s 70/130 to about 70/250 later today. I love double xp weekend.
Won’t be doing anything tinkerfest related until Monday.
Went from 226 to 300 AA on my Warden.
Not paying attention to Tinkerfest, maybe next year.
Not playing testing server, but I am reading the forums to see how it’s going.
I picked up 80AA on my main to hit 300 and 88 on my Alt to hit 254. Was a productive weekend.
Currently grinding tradeskill levels at a rate of 5 tradeskill levels an hour, starting at level 55!
I have some very strong opinions on the GU61 changes.
Bonus XP/AA weekends are one one of the main reasons I quit. The ease with which characters can get to 90/300 is a joke.
Boxed a group of 4 up from 27 to 84, with 94aa’s on each, I was pushing for 90, unfortunately I had to log out for work this afternoon.
This double xp weekend wasn’t nearly as committed as with prior events, but still managed my coercer from 82 to 90 and from 178 to 288 AA with a slight diversion to start/finish the epic quest line, do a couple of 4x raids and run a couple of zones. Admittedly, it would have been a bit higher grinding with a tank, but my wife on her inquisitor was brilliant in the beast tank, healer and dps role (she was already maxed so did it cause she’s not selfish like me).
We also managed to score a couple of levels and max out some AA’s for a friend who was with us for a good chunk of time…when he wasn’t branding QWERTY on his forehead. *lol* (Yea, it’s a dig at ya buddy, but all in good fun. 😉
Tinker-what? I usually pay attention to the seasonal events, but Tinkerfest seems to dwindle in my interest category each year. I don’t think I harvested a cog yet (is it over?).
The final tally: 30 tradeskill levels in about 6 hours, from level 55 to 85.
Also completed the Tinkerfest quests, so time to start hoarding cogs.
Final tally for my Warlock: L68 with 169 AA, from L8. Not unbelievably high, but not bad. Brought up 2 other folks with me (a L20ish warden and a brand new wiz), and got a few other folks a bunch of AA when they came along for the ride. Was fun to PL with my monk again. 🙂
I got my 76 Trouby from 93 to 200 AA in Chelsith. I got my Necro from Level 35 to 64. I got some AA’s on my Monk too, but I can’t really remember how many. It was easier to power level using the Illy in Chelsith than it was with the Monk.

Made the last 15 AAs on my Warlock – 300 AA YaY
Made about 14 levels on my washbucket and about 20 AA
And then went for a Super potion session with my Sk and made 60 AA and about 4 levels .
Double XP is great but glad it is just a weekend, would killl me otherwise :).
Oh and No on tinkerfest – but will be making up for that this week.
And no i have not played on test
The problem is not double XP, the problem is 100% AA…
It’s just too easy… Just kill mobs and you get the same reward as questing.
made 250 aa and 15 level on my Bruiser, made 50 aa on my defiler, made 50 aa on my swash, made 50 aa on my sk, made 100 aa on my warden.
melpheos, i agree. it’s too easy … Now, i’m waiting for these weekend to xp and aa.

Leveled a wizard from 1 to 65 with 122 AAs over the weekend.
AA grind in Chelsith reminded me so much of EQ1 — and actually the reason I left. Five hours killing the same things over and over just doesn’t do it for me. But I really wanted the AAs on my illy, so I did it up to 285, then I couldn’t take it any more!
Then I had fun running Runneyeye with a mentored boxing necro with my 40 inquistor — with a pot the AAs were just ding, ding, ding in there.
Even though I couldn’t play as much as I wanted to, it was a very productive weekend.
Oh yes, tinkerfest — it’s really cute, could care less.
I miss those fortune League AA scrolls. Used 7 for 26 AAs on my brig 🙂
Across 3 toons i got around 330 AA 8D. thats getting 2 toons to 300 and one to 210. good times =)
Over the weekend I gained around 620 levels altogether, and about 2400 aa.
Earned a total of ~15 adventuring levels and 30 aas (across two characters), and 27 tradeskill levels (on one character).
As someone trying to do quests in Sanctum of the Scaleborn and Sebilis, I was reminded again of how much lvl 90s mentored down can ruin the experience for everyone else.
Re: the other questions, I have not checked out Tinkerfest, and have only been reading about the test server changes.
i got 3 chars up to lvl 90 with 300 AA and got my fury and dirge to lvl 73 and 83 with 150AA
I got a bit over 600 aa during the xp weekend. On 8 diffrent characters.
I levelled my brigand on Test checking KoS questline for GU61 and /bugged tons of items.
gained… mmmh… 6 levels and 20 AA or so during the double xp and 4 more levels and 10 more AA on the next day with the regular 50% xp we have.
