Today’s hotfix notes include the ability to relocate your City Bind Point to any city you are aligned with, more crafted Marks of Manaar equipment, and other changes to live events and raids.

From the EQ2 Forums:

GENERAL

You can now bind in any city of your alignment:

  • If you are a citizen of Freeport, Neriak, or Gorowyn you can bind in any of these cities.
  • If you are a citizen of Qeynos, Halas, or Kelethin you can bind in any of these cities.

POPULATION

  • West Freeport: Master Vlox and his student, Galluss the First, have completed a course in speaking Common.

TRADESKILLS

  • More Mark of Manaar armor pieces can now be created via crafting!  These recipes have been added to the “Far Seas Strategic Pricing (2nd Edition), Volume II” recipe book.  If you have already purchased this book, the recipes should be automatically added to your available recipes.
  • Crafted totems of the otter should now correctly appear in your inventory.
  • Level 29 woodworker writs should now correctly update when asking for totems.
  • The ruckas vest no longer changes stats slightly when you imbue it.
  • Far Seas Trading Company crafting writs for woodworkers now correctly ask for the new version of totems.

QUESTS

  • The City Writ “House of Falling Stars: Corrupted Saplings” now correctly updates when Corrupted Saplings are slain.
  • The Crushbone Keep quest “Gruedheim Steel” will now update upon the death of Guardmaster Grush’ul, the “guardmaster who has Burgef’s crafting tools.”

ITEMS

  • The Minor Illusion Stone can no longer be used while in battlegrounds.

LIVE EVENTS

Nights of the Dead

  • “The Haunting” quest is no longer required to see the Gleaming Chest in the Hedge Hollow maze.

UNDERFOOT DEPTHS

  • If the only living raid members are all turned to stone via Underfoot Transformation in the Zaalax encounter, the raid will shatter within 10 seconds, preventing the long wait players must now endure before a reset.
  • The Simlacrum of Saalax, Simulacre of Saalax, and Animated Taehric Energy adds can now be damaged using elemental spells.

ZRAXTH’S UNSEEN ARCANUM

  • Treskar should no longer able to spam his Jolt spell.
