So you’ve got a tradeable Lore item that you’d like to pass from one of your characters to another on the same account. How do you do it? You could hand it to a friend, change characters, and have them hand it back to you. If you’re in a guild, you could put it in the guild bank, change characters, and hope its still there for you to pull it back out.
