  1. A very young team! (for the most part, Stephen looks a little older). Could be adding some fresh ideas and a little energy to the game. So we have a female producer and associate producer now, that’s nice, too, for the future of women in gaming.

    But, I agree with Mindor, a complete shake up in personnel isn’t necessarily a good sign.

    1. Anyone know what happened to all the old personnel, or are these not replacements and just additions?

      What personnel do you think are missing?

      You can look at videos and forum posts over the last year in the dev RSS feed and see who is on the EQ2 team.

  2. I’ve had a feeling for years that EQ1 became Sony’s paid testing sandbox, and I’ve a suspicion that EQ2 will have the same fate. Used to test new things before taking them to better producing games, and to give new developers experience before moving them to the better producing games.

    That’s not necessarily a BAD thing. It does make for a disjointed game experience in the long run though.
