The Disney Norrath Vault is open and some 36 mounts which were previously only available from Legends of Norrath and other rare means are now available in the EQ2 Marketplace (most are also available on the Time-Locked Expansion servers) for just two weeks or until September 8th. From the EQ2 Forums: New Marketplace mounts are now available on all servers (INCLUDING the Time-Locked Expansion servers) for a limited time.
