GENERAL
Fixed an issue where NPC death animations would not play correctly.

POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
Harrow‘s End

  • Fixed an issue that was caused by players reviving before the encounter tried to teleport them out of the room. Drinal should now teleport players who are far away from him when he begins his fight instead of teleporting players after the encounter resets.

Befallen: Cavern of the Afflicted and Royal Palace ofErudin

  • Respawning NPCs in these zones will no longer give out XP, treasure loot, or corpse loot.

Wurmbone’s End [Advanced Solo]

  • Necromunger Garrkk’s adds come much slower and move much slower, so they are easier to avoid until they dissolve.

Vasty Deep

  • When fighting the Queen, mercenaries should now get the buff from Delanus.

Throne of Fear [Advanced Solo]

  • Baelon’s Health has been increased.

Altar of Abhorrence

  • Baroddas and Baelon should no longer drop their chest high up in the air. Instead it should spawn on a nearby player.

ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT
General

  • Fixed a bug where some spells would proc off multiattacks when they should not.

Fury

  • Protective Aura no longer makes a player stand up when sitting.

ITEMS

  • Zek’s Hoop of Concentrated Convergence effect should now stack with all other effects.
  • Tokens found in Chains of Eternity heroic dungeons should now only consume the token being examined rather than consuming all tokens on person or in the shared bank.

QUESTS
Obol Plains

  • Soul Provider: You are no longer personally required to kill the two Rallosian taskmasters guarding the enslaved Wayward before freeing them.

LIVE EVENTS
Erollisi Day

  • Romantic Flower Petals collection – spawn points have been moved further away from interactive doors in Qeynos.
  • Hearts a’Flutter – The Essence of Erollisi primary spawn regions in Antonica and Commonlands have been adjusted in an effort to lower the chance that the essences will spawn under boulders or behind the scoreboard.
  • Shard of Love: Weeding Corruption & Shard of Love: Seeding Corruption – Players of all level ranges now have the same chance of obtaining Love Loot (candies and love notes).

DUNGEON MAKER

  • Vitality will now be consumed while doing a Dungeon Maker dungeon.

    lol, all I read this patch is nerf this and nerf that. no more xp grind here. Next thing you know they will nerf xp for mentoring and no loot for mentoring. They sure are looking to give more peeps a reason to quit. 🙁

    it’s borring to see unlimited restawn give nothing, no xp, no loot… why not just disable respawn ? totaly unfair to be killed by blank mob that give nothing, just anoying thing… why not give them loot and xp, and set them as spwn 5 to 10 times instead of unlimited…

    I totaly dislike this noxp/noloot policy.

    YOu know you would think soe would look at why folks were running befallen. It is the piss pour xp you get in withered lands and in obol plains. If they adjusted the amount of xp to represent level 93-95 mobs instead of 34 xp for those mobs maybe folks would actually run in the open overland zones instead of going to an instance to get xp.

    Just saying it is stupid to take the xp out when they just should have removed the respawn.

    SOE really needs to look at the data of what is going on in obol plains and why folks are only running the quests to get access. I never see anybody farming mobs in Obol plains.

    Folkw want to level, and nerfing down the xp is not the answer.

    There are plenty of places to grind xp – you can do SS contested or all but UD instances zone in and kill just trash and by the time you do all three you can rinse and repeat. The idea is for leveling to actually take a while. The only problem is there are not enough quests to get you to max level with each expansion- not that many people actually want to do that many quests so they just grind somewhere and finish it off.

    Using vit on DM is interesting. When I did them, I would go in with .5 vit and stay in while on getting max exp
