If you’re in the U.S. (except non-observing states/territories) don’t forget to “Spring Forward” this Sunday! Daylight Saving Time starts on Sunday, March 11th, 2012. Set your clock ahead one hour before you go to bed on Sunday [sic.] night. Or if you’re still awake (we know you, you crazy gamers!), the time change goes into effect at 2:00 a.m.
NOTE: Tkia brought it to our attention that it’s preferable to adjust your clock either Saturday night or Sunday morning. If you wait to adjust your clocks until Sunday night, you’ll be an hour late for everything on Sunday. 😉
P.S. The rest of the world will, for the most part, start observing Daylight Savings on Sunday, March 25, 2012.
I prefer the spring forward, its easier to know which clocks I still need to fix manually. With the automatic ones, they just go from 1:59 to 3:00, so if you see a 2:00, its a manual.
