Character Slots — DON’T PANIC

For those of you concerned about your account status, character slots, etc., please don’t panic yet. Accounts migrations are still in progress while servers are down.

When servers come back up, if things are not 100% correct on your account, STILL please do not panic.  Proceed directly to our Customer Service team, who will be very happy to help sort things out for you, I promise: http://www.soe.com/support/ (no, not now – see previous paragraph about migrations still in process).

Now, let’s all go back to watching and waiting in antici…… pation.

    Thanks Feldon. Finally finished patching and although the servers are still locked, so are 5 of my alts 🙁 – I was about to panic 🙂

    yea all my raiding toons were locked, now they are just missing, and all my non esentail toons are good to go. Hopefully they will get it ironed out. Why my accounts are being migrated i dont know i was already on live.

    yeah im silver and they jacked two toons i paid for and i bet my bags slots r gone to soe im not impressed u greedy ppl

    Uhh yea so I logged in patched and.. well lets just say I purchased houses for all of my toons (5 of which are locked and 1 completely gone) and if they are all jacked up.. which, I dont know WHY my account is being switched as I am already on live.. I will quit.. I pour my hard earned money into this game the LEAST SOE can do is to get their crap right! Seriously after all the screw ups this company has had over the last year.. they cant afford to screw up any more.

    Well just read an article about the merge and EQ2/EQ2X will be down until they get it “right”. So all night tonight (Dec 6, 2011), they are hoping to have it up and running tomorrow morning (yeah right). Already everything is messed up. My EQ2 game I bought and account I paid for every month, those characters are locked out because I don’t have the proper expansions and character pack. My EQ2 Extended account is all messed up. I bought and paid for silver and they locked one of my characters out stating I need to purchase additional character slots to use that character. How lovely. Those who bought and paid for something don’t even get to have it anymore unless they shell out more money. Not right at all!!!
