DLGamer Update (UPDATED)
Apparently DLGamer has been randomly giving keys to those who purchased Sentinel’s Fate, instead of in the order they were purchased.

UPDATE: DL Gamer issue. We are going to be providing them more keys. They will NOT be selling anyomore until they have satisfied the people who have already purchased. If you ordered and are waiting on them you will get your key TODAY.
DLGamer are now reporting that they have received more keys and will be making them available in approximately 1 hour.

I was expecting to be able to buy it ON LAUNCH on Sony’s own website. I hope heads will roll – like the whole SOE marketing dept.
When will Direct DL be available from Sony itself? I don’t think this debacle could have been handled any worse.

I cant understand why SOE didnt learn from all those games and expansions they made so far .. still this crappy handling, it makes me wonder if there is a red line they follow to one stupid mistake after another – someone needs to remove that freaking line and swap in some brains instead ..
Its simply a joke we cant download in-game on day one unless we get the CD’box game mailed from USA or use DLgamer which cant provide the needed keys for the customers ???

Pre-ordered two keys from DLgamer, but wish I had gotten them elsewhere!! First of all they blocked my second order (ordered from the same DLgamer account using the same not-free emailaddress, paid by a verified PayPal account) and I had to contact customersupport to get that fixed. Then the msg they ran out of keys got me a little worried, but I figured since I had pre-ordered in time it shouldn’t be an issue. Well, I still gotte recieve my keys! Also their website is ‘down for maintenance’ which doesn’t really make me feel any more comfortable. Sent them a bit of an annoyed email asking for more information, not that I expect any quick respons heh.

Oh, just wonderful! While writing above comment.. I recieved two emails from PayPay with a refund of my payments to DLGamer. So I am back at square zero!!

almost 7pm GMT, still not gotten an activation code email from DL Gamer and their website is “down for server maintainance” so can’t even ask them what’s goin on

I haven’t the faintest idea what is going on with DLGamer. Currently you can no longer access their site as it is now “down for maintenance”. Sheeeeesh!

Today’s almost over…. No key.
Preferred it when Sony didn’t publicise the DLGamer site and we just bought from there, safe in the knowledge demand wouldn’t outstrip supply.

I am SO annoyed about this. I bought a boxed version only to find that it will be delivered on 23rd February. Tried another site for official download but got timed out trying to purchase there. Went to DLGamer as it was recommended and now this. No access to DLGamer and no download key. I actually wish that I too would receive an email from Paypal with a refund so that I can go elsewhere to try and buy the download.

Actually DLgamer IS responding to emails (or they were earlier anyway). At 19:43CET someone from support wrote to me:
“Website is encounting severals load, that’s why he frontpage is under maintenance. But the backoffice still work. we will get the site up as soon as possible.
We still waiting the delivery of activations keys , it seem to be really really soon.”
However, I still don’t know why my money was refunded and am awaiting an answer on that one still.

Get it off steam instead, took me 2 minutes to pay, get the key and activate it. Totally hassle free.

After reading the email from EddieZ I obtained their email addy from my Paypal account and have written to tham asking for either a guarantee that my key will be sent today or requesting a refund so that I can buy elsewhere. I will report back if I get a reply. This is SO frustrating isn’t it?

Finally, We jsut receive activation keys, from SOE, we are implementing them is the database.
Keys will gived away in a short time, now .
