Players are reporting that they are starting to receive those product keys from DLGamer. DLGamer did not buy enough keys from SOE to fulfill demand.

bought mine this morning still waiting for a cd key its now 9pm gmt what a joke i will ask for a refund ….specially when steam was so easy and fast
I purchased the CD key for my wife from http://www.onlinecdkey.com (who were brilliant, completely no fuss and received the key several hours before midnight – highly recommend them).
But she doesn’t know where to enter the CD key at?
I don’t play EQ2 so is there anyone out there that could tell me where she should be entering the CD key?
I thought it would just be on her station account page but she said she couldn’t find anywhere to enter it there.
Thanks in advance.
Confirmed!
Let’s not blame DLGamer. They managed this perfectly well in the past when they weren’t the sole outlet for keys, given three days (one of which no USA office was open) notice.
Now we just need to wait for the atlantic cable to transfer the data to Runnyeye.. Which is in the East of the USA if I’m not mistaken.
Sony’s fail!
Azraki: who’s fault was it? didn’t they order enough keys?
Kiara’s answer: they did not Azraki. which I guess is sort of a good thing… that more people wanted them than they had 🙂
I’ve used dlgamer many times in the past (swg’s jump to lightspeed comes to mind) and i’ve enever had a single problem with them this is all SOE’s fault with the stupid way the expansion was released i just hope they’ve learned thier lesson.
To prevent this Soe could just have found some stores in europe and sold the hardbox copies from..
I would gladly have been tere for the midnight opening to get my collectors edition..
grrr least you folks have your game! Hell i live in the USA and my shits not even to me and its 2 days after pre-release date. Piss on Best-buy!
