HOUSE RATING SYSTEM
- The House Rating System has been modified to use the median value of all ratings instead of a simple average.
- This will reduce the effect caused by players leaving extremely low or extremely high values that are outside of the norm for that house.
POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
Kylong Plains
- Gregor Footstomper, Warlord Di’Ouz, Gorguolatha and Widow Mistress Xalthira in Kylong Plains should now drop treasure.
Nektulos
- All Griffin flight paths in Nektulos will now function properly.
ITEMS
- Fixed an issue where the incorrect leg shader would appear when wearing kilts.
- The Deepwater Researcher’s Sigil can no longer be traded.
- Kael and Drunder group BPs have been modified to better fit within the progression.
- Temple of Rallos Zek Raid Hard mode BPs have had their power increased.
- Fixed the focus effect for Hard mode Illusionist robes.
- Simmering Odachi of Feverous Advance now properly displays as a Fabled item.
- Fixed crit values on Hard mode Drunder belts.
- Velious instance rare loot has been rebalanced.
Seeing that I’m posting before the *actual* update comes into effect within the game, I can’t help but have a sickening feeling on how all bp’s outside of the drunder one, are going to get nerfed…and seeing that it said kael only, I’m betting that (especially at this rate of recent epic itemizing failure) that the ToRZ Bp is going to be weaker then the Spire Bp. (basic assumption is that they din’t touch the spire bp or any other bp for that matter outside the above mentioned in the notes)

Well my bp on my assassin went from 116 to 120 for sta and agi from tower of tactics. Also picked up a red adorn where it was a yellow adorn. The mitigation did not change.
Now my zek bp on my sk took a nef by 6 points to str, and 10 to sta and all blue stats down by 2% acrross the board, and i lost 5% crit mit.
So the tower of tactics bp was buffed, the zek non challenge mode bp was nerfed.
So does that put the Zek BP below Spire BP??
Well the blew phisical mitigation out the zek bp has 17 physical mitigation, the tot has 20 physical mitigation. It is one heck of a mess.
And yes the zek bp is lower now than the spire bp by as far as health and crit mit.
Somebody needs to be spanked. The crit mit is on the spire bp is 33.6% the one from zek non challenge mode is 32.5%.
It’s worse than you think. Take a look at the -base mitigation- scores. Forums are already screaming over the results…
I love SOE so much! (and at this current moment I’m so tempted to drop an insanely aggravated and hate filled message atm, but I’ll refrain) instead here are some facts and yes I was completely rigth (I’m freaking pyshic)
Okay ToRZ bp is as follows atm from this post (for scouts):
110 agi 110 sta +3 weaponskills 15.6 MA, 17.5 Crit Bonus, 5.8 Pot 32.5 crit mitigation and yes this is not a typo ONLY 17 mitigation (absorbs a whooping 0.2% vs lvl 90)
ToRZ bp stats PRIOR to nerf (using scout model again):
120 agi 120 sta +17 weaponskills 12.6 MA, 18.9 Crit Bonus, 5.6 Pot 37.1 crit mitigation and 475 mitigation (absorbs 5.4% vs lvl 90)
also to the spire bp was untouched and these are its subsequent stats (scout model):
111 agi 111 sta, +15 weaponskills, 9.7 MA, 18.2 Crit Bonus, 4.9 Pot, 33.6 Crit mitigation, 456 mitigation (absorbs 5.3% vs lvl 90)
So much for quality control (we all know thats been gone for years), and yes the people that work at SOE are still collecting a paycheck for what is quickly turning into a shit product.

Yep I see that lol and not one reply from any of the item devs. and no its not a display bug they actually messed up the base mitigation on the zek bp’s.
Sigh. Someone give a heads-up how SW:TOR betas. If the community is any good, it may be time for a new home. (Rift is pretty well an ‘inertia’ thing for me now.)
