Update Notes: Thursday, December 13, 2012 (2nd Update)
It’s time for a double helping of updates as servers will go down today from 3-4pm PST for a second update. From the EQ2 Forums:
ITEMS
- Items no longer lose their sale value to vendors when you transfer to another server.
- Many Brawler weapons have had delay adjust to 4 seconds.
- Some CoE brawler weapons have had permanent block chance added.
- [eq2u]Soul-Skiver of Blame[/eq2u] is now a 4 second delay.
- [eq2u]Claws of the Cursed Soul[/eq2u] is now a 4 second delay
- [eq2u]Claws of the Cursed Soul[/eq2u] now has permanent block chance added.
- [eq2u]Soul-Bladed Claws of the Silver Reaper[/eq2u] are now a 4 second delay.
- [eq2u]Steward’s Claws of Battle[/eq2u] now has permanent block chance added to it.
- [eq2u]Staff of Fear Feasting[/eq2u] now has permanent block chance added.
- [eq2u]Gilded Shield of Marr[/eq2u] has had its protection increased slightly.
DUNGEONS
- Wurmbone’s End [Advanced Solo] The All-Tender has had his leash greatly increased.

I hope the Steward’s Claws of Battle was also changed to 4sec.

well since plate tanks can use Staff of Fear Feasting and it has Block chance on it… its the best defensive weapon plate tanks can use…. wow

What make you think itll be the best defensive weapon plate tanks can use? the skyshrine merchant aswell as the a weapon from PoW has 18% block chance on it usable by plate tanks

lol my raid time too for this? wow and was already down this am 🙁 fail… I had heard we could use new adornments on pow gear but that didnt happen either.. sad times.

Maybe a noobish question but where does Staff of Fear Feasting drop?
with block chance that would be one of the best weapons in the game.
For a Monk what would be perfect match to go with that weapon ?

And now third-party UI tooltips are broken. And I’m not sure the new Marketplace items are quite right, either…
