From EverQuest2.com: On February 7, 2011, all players who met Beta eligibility qualifications will be accepted into the Destiny of Velious Closed Beta. The flagging process should be completed around midnight (12:00 am PST on February 8th). If you registered for the Destiny of Velious Beta and accepted the NDA prior to February 7, 2011, as well as met all of the Beta eligibility qualifications, you will be added to the Destiny of Velious Closed Beta, which begins February 7 and runs through 11:59 pm PST on February 14, 2011.
