Apparently this was a network issue at SOE’s ISP and not something they had control over.

There was more to it then that because I lost about a hour of time before the crash. Everything I did about a hour before the crash is now gone

Same as Sychocharley – everything has been rolled back (even some items traded to someone else).

still can’t get in this is not fun I had trouble yesterday trying to log in but the log in servers were having trouble had 1 hour of game play by the time I got in. and today can’t even get the launch pad to work. NOr can I get to the forums to report it.

Try Twitter. It seems to be the direct communication channel of choice for most of SOE.

Couldn’t log in, tried all I could think of then everything on the soe launchpad troubleshooting page, finally uninstalled eq2, now I cannot get launchpad to connect. Anyone else still having trouble?
