There are now official EQII Mobile forums so we can discuss the app and troubleshoot issues.

It'd be fantastic if you could direct all conversation on EQII Mobile to that location so the dev team (AFK Interactive) can pull out issues and resolve them as quickly as possible.

and in regard to the reliability issues with logging in, staying logged in, and accessing character data being reported across the iPhone and Droid platforms (and for Blackberry users wondering where their app is), SmokeJumper posted:

• The Blackberry version of the app hasn't been approved yet by the Blackberry folks. That's in progress and as soon as they approve it, you'll be able to download it. It works. It's just not approved yet.
• There is no account hacking associated with the phone app. That's a rumor and is NOT fact.
• The Android version works just fine. If you're personally having issues with it, we'd appreciate it if you could help us out by leaving problems at the EQII Mobile forums.
• The server instability that plagued the application on the first day has been mostly fixed. There are still a few hitches occasionally (3-4 times a day instead of once every few minutes), but if you hit one of those hitches now, you're just unlucky. And those will be resolved soon.
