We all do bud. I think it’s a combination of the class dependency, alts and the end game raid content. No other franchise does it as well as EverQuest. ToT was a major disappointment with itemization but it won’t effect how many people return with the next xpac.

I dislike TOT more than any other expansion they have released so far. I hope the next one (if there is a next one) is a huge step up with both quantity and quality. I don’t think they are in a position to take advantage of what remains of their loyal fan base any longer.

Me too. I prefer the yellow/blue/green/red/pink 4/4 gears than this infusion system.

My biggest issue with any mmo now, is paying for it, and then finding out its not for me. I have probably spent over a $1000 dollars on mmo’s and only to find they are not a fit for me.
I like the eq/eq2 style of play, I am not sure they are making that anymore

I feel your pain. I’ve got to be between $5k and $10k. Always disappointed or run out of stuff to do. We need a new mega-game that will accommodate everyone, regardless of play style. BDO is killing itself by forcing PVP on PVE players. I’m still going to play it tho. I hope they will change it or add a PVE only server one day.

I am looking forward to BDO and I don’t like pvp, but like you I hope they add a pve server only one day. In the mean time, I will just avoid pvp as much as possible lol :p.

Anyone else notice that the 30% off for members doesn’t work. I bought character slot today and only got the normal 10% off. I put in a support ticket for it but don’t expect a reply any time soon.
