Everquesting: A guide to EverQuest II’s dungeons
MJ Guthrie over at Massively Overpowered has put together a pretty impressive guide to the dungeons available in Everquest II. It shows the different original story lines as well as the “golden path” and includes level ranges and type of dungeon. Certainly worth checking out.

I should have hit preview sorry. They also have a website up and running. (if the editor could combine the comments, I would appreciate it, again sorry for the doublepost.)
BTW, the Massively article has a long list of zones I forgot 😛

Great, but I’ve found one little mistake 😀
Skyshrine was 92+ and Forgotten Pools, Hold of Rime and Outer Kael was only 90+ 😉
