They want you to pick different delays.. what?
And with the armor changes, so not every class can wear any cloth armor period? Only mages can? I mean it’s been like that for a while but not for all items.

I think it was worded a bit wrongly from what was said, but I got the impressing that they were normalizing the delays, but that there would be unique items that have odd delays (2handed w/ 2 sec) The video Feldon’s working on should clarify this more.
