GENERAL
- Fixed an issue that prevented voice overs working with socials.
SOEMOTE
- Added a video input device selection dropdown for SOEmote in the Options (Advanced) – SOEmote.
POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
City of Freeport
- Vhishall, Freeport furniture merchant, now offers a selection of paintings for those that have completed particular quests in the city of Freeport.
Plane of War x4 Raid
- In the general Teku fight warboars have less health and run slower, war wraiths will turn to face attackers sooner than before.
- Eriak the Fetid – Echo of Terror adds will no longer cast demonic flames as soon as they spawn.
ITEMS
- Krogon, Staff of the War Wraith now has the proper amount of multi-attack.
- Sanguine Claws of Dracurion Accord is now a 4 second delay.
- Forceful Flail of the Gindan Battlepriest now has wisdom instead of intelligence.
- Many Plane of War 2 handers now have 3 adornment slots instead of two.
- Plane of War: Immortal Theurgist’s Masterous Hood is now wearable by all mages.
- Plane of War: Visionary Mesmer’s Masterous Hood is now wearable by all mages.
- Hendin’s Phantasmagoric Round Shield has had its protection raised. Priests can no longer use this shield.
- Dozekar Claws of Bloodshed now have a 4 second delay.
- Awakened Shield of Offense is no longer useable by priests.
TRADESKILLS
- Level 91 belt recipes now use appropriate fuel.
- Weaponsmiths can now make level 92 throwing ammo. These recipes have been added to the Grandmaster Weaponsmith’s Basic Compendium, Volume II.
- Bone Golem Shards should no longer state that they can be used to craft Dragon Bone Arrows.
- Etch the Stone – Crafting Yelnar’s Binding Stone of Shattering too early should no longer prevent you from advancing your quest.
QUESTS
- A Mysterious Trinket – Zoning out of Baker Voleen’s Storeroom now properly lands the player in Qeynos Capitol District.
- Return of the Forgotten Goddess – Fixed a progression issue with this quest.
PVP UPDATES
General
- Crit Bonus is now slightly less effective in PVP combat.
- Toughness and Lethality adornments are now less expensive.
Bruiser
- Control Hate – now makes the bruiser an invalid target for the affected target for 1s.
- Divide and Conquer – now forces the target encounter to target the bruiser every second for 5 seconds.
- Ignore Pain – Heal amount increased in PVP combat.
Berserker
- Increased Combat Art damage in PVP combat.
Defiler
- Wild Accretion – Heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Sacrificial Restoration – Heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Dire Balm – Heal amount increased in PVP combat.
Fury
- Back into the Fray – under 50% heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Hibernation – heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Nature’s Elixir – heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Nature’s Salve – heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Untamed Regeneration – heal amount increased in PVP combat.
Guardian
- Increased Combat Art damage in PVP combat.
Inquisitor
- Alleviation – heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Fanatical Healing – heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Ministration – heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Fanatic’s Inspiration – initial heal amount slightly increased in PVP combat. Reactive heal amount slightly decreased in PVP combat.
Monk
- Evasion – now makes the Monk an invalid target for the affected target for 1s.
Mystic
- Rejuvination – Heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Ritual Healing – Heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Transcendence – Heal amount increased in PVP combat.
Defiler
- Fixed a typo on the prestige replacement for sinister countenance. Wraith instead of Wrath.
Dirge
- Overall damage has been increased in PVP combat. 1.4 spell mult to 1.5, 1.3 CA mult to 1.4
Troubador
- Fixed a typo in the mitigation debuff improvement prestige.
Shaman
- The protection value of Spiritual Leadership has been reduced in PVP combat.
Sorcerer
- Overall damage has been slightly reduced in PVP combat. 1.25mult to 1.15 mult
Templar
- Meliorate – heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Restoration – heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Word of Redeption – heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Seraph’s Restoration – initial heal amount slightly increased in PVP combat. Reactive heal amount slightly decreased in PVP combat.
Warden
- Nature’s Embrance – heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Sylvan Bloom – heal amount increased in PVP combat.
- Winds of Healing – heal amount increased in PVP combat.
Warlock
- Null Caress – Cooldown increased to 90s when cast in PVP combat. Target limit reduced to 3 in PVP combat.
- Nullmail – now lasts for 4 seconds when triggered in PVP combat. The mitigation and dodge component effects have been reduced.
BATTLEGROUNDS
Battlefield of Ganak
- The snare effect while carrying the flag now snares for 30% instead of 75%.

Toughness and Lethality adornments are now less expensive.
i just checked the merchant it still costs 100 marks ……

I thought the adornments all previously cost 500 Marks, the T & L potions were 100 Marks. (Although I could be wrong about the T & L adorns; I’ve been using my Marks to get gear first, so haven’t been that focused on adorn prices.)

Yes the adornments are now 250 tokens, not 500 like the rest. Singing what your qouting is the cost in marks is for a 1 hour potion that gives you Toughness or Lethality.
