Updated Amenities Pricing!!
Ok folks, SoE has taken our gripes to heart and adjusted the upfront and weekly maintenance costs on the various Guild Hall amenities, especially the ones that most guilds will use.
Screen Snapshots from the Test Server show the reduced costs which work out to about 33% less plat and 66% less status up front. Also the upkeep works out to about 40% less gold and 70% less status per week. Check those screen snapshots out here.

You might want to check the upkeep on the Tradeskill Recipe Salesman. I think its 2g not 20g
I thought the Raid flag was good for 24 hours on 2hrs. Not sure tho.
Also, the Commodities Exporter Hireling (junk dealer) and the Status Executor hireling are being combined into one vender.

One big question I have…
Who actually buys the guild and who buys the amenities?
Is it any officer? only the founder(s)?

The founder buys the guild hall and then there is a Guild Hall tab on the Guild window. Then people can contribute plat and personal status to pay for the amenities. If the founder leaves the guild, the guild hall stays with the guild.
Not sure on the raid flag. Considering how long I’ve seen it take for 24 people to get organized and ready to raid, 2 hours is probably not enough. 😉
I fixed the Tradeskill Recipe Salesman to 2g upkeep and merged the Commodities and Status folks into 1.

a “Magic Door to Guildhall” is now available at the status merchants, you can place it in your home for faster travelling to guildhall.

I’m guessing that the Gigglegibber Gamlin Game is being temporarily removed because it does not work.

The Hunter, Gatherer, and Miner Hirelings go out and harvest the appropriate nodes. Kinda pointless IMO.
The Commodities Exporter is like any Merchant in that they will buy any type of ‘vendor trash’ like chunks of arcane stone, looted antique/curiosity treasure, etc. This hireling also will let you redeem all four Status token items.

Also, for the 5 mailboxes, I take it that each counts as 1?
As for the guild founder. He promoted a bunch of people up to his level. Quit then guild and then quit the game. We’ve got tickets in to SOE to try to figure out who/if we can buy a guild hall.

A couple of questions.
1. Does the Guild Hall Translocation Beacon (Call to Guild Hall) replace the Call to Qeynos or equivalent.
2. Can a bulletin board be mounted in the Guild Hall so House Vaults can be accessed.
