Are You Running the Dragon’s Armory Tracker Plugin?

While we do not receive official “loot table” data from Daybreak Games to see which items drop from which enemies in which zones, we have been able to crowdsource this information using Dedith’s Dragon’s Armory Tracker plugin. Those who are running this plugin are helping to populate EQ2U’s Loot Database!

If you setup this plugin a while ago, it’s possible it may not be setup correctly. I suggest anyone who runs Advanced Combat Tracker to go ahead and follow the instructions at the following link to install or update your plugin and make sure your settings in EQ2 and the plugin are up-to-date!

Thanks for the reminder Feldon! I had been running it, but it doesn’t appear I’ve submitted anything since May (which was about the last time I played before November, but I’ve played plenty since November)

So I removed the plugin, then reinstalled – it appears to be the same version. It had all my info already filled out. And it had the old server names – hopefully that doesn’t mean anything.

I also noticed I did not have advanced logging enabled, so I enabled that in game.

Hopefully this will get me submitting once again.

Thanks for the reminder. I had the plugin, but it hasn’t been enabled and gave an error when I tried to. Downloaded the current one and it’s all good to go.

I appreciate the effort put into crowdsourcing this, but why can’t DBG just include it in the census data.

Back in the day they used to provide this data to Zam, and it even included drop rates.

Are you sure they provided the drop rates and it wasn’t being picked up some other way? I thought I remember some kind of a loot plugin from somewhere.

Preaching to the choir. ZAM had the data for 2 years. Not sure the change of heart.

Trying it out now. I notice that Maj’Dul is not listed as a server. We’ll see what happens with it.
