Status: 11/22/2016 15:59 PST – US servers will be coming down at 4:15PM PST for a brief maintenance.

And Twitter:

All US EverQuest 2 servers will come down at 4:15 PM PT for an unscheduled maintenance. Downtime is anticipated to be approximately 1 hour.
