Players have been reporting issues with trying to login to the Antonia Bayle server since last night yesterday morning. Specifically, their Antonia Bayle-based characters are missing from the Character Select screen, or they are dropped when zoning. We’ll update when we have more information. As of 7:00pm PDT, issues continue with players unable to Zone or login all their Antonia Bayle characters.

Update as of April 17thDay five of issues with the Antonia Bayle server. We have stickied this article to the top of EQ2Wire until the issues are resolved.

Update as of April 16th: This issue seems to have returned as players are reporting it again.

We’re still working on this issue and don’t have an ETA at this time. We know it’s frustrating for you guys and it’s just as frustrating for us I assure you. We hope to have this resolved really soon.

Sorry it took us so long to respond to the forums but folks have been working on this since early this morning. Hope to have resolved shortly. No ones characters should have been impacted other than your ability to access them.

The current issues, to my personal knowledge, began this morning and are particular to one server. Everyone’s characters are safe and sound, we just need to get things resolved so you can get to them.

Folks we’re going to continue working on this. The good news is it’s only impacting some of you.

In the interim if you login and don’t see your characters, please try logging out and back in which in some cases will resolve it. Once to be very clear, no one has lost any character data. There is just an issue with you accessing them.

The specifics of the problem are database related and honestly irrelevant. Folks are having trouble logging in and we need to resolve it.

We’re still resolving this as quickly as we can. Logging back out and in has worked in some cases but isn’t guaranteed so we recommend trying at least once. We know many of you are frustrated and we’ll obviously provide updates if they become necessary.
