Merge Downtimes: Guk, Unrest, and Everfrost – Weds, Oct 28 @ 7AM PDT
From the EQ2 Forums:
The server consolidation for the Guk, Unrest, and Everfrost servers merging into Halls of Fate will start at Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 7AM PDT* and this downtime will take 24 hours. These servers are scheduled to be unavailable until Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 7AM PDT.*
A couple of important notes for players:
- Players should pick up soulbound items BEFORE the merge. This will prevent losing ownership of placed items due to renaming.
- When the consolidation is complete on Thursday, players should delete their “logincache-us” or else LaunchPad character logins will fail.

A couple important questions from players:
- What the hell is “Soulbound” is this World of Warcraft?
- 36 hours is insufficient notice to collect hundreds of NO TRADE items placed in other people’s houses and guild halls.

- EDT: Wed Oct 28 @10:00am — Thu Oct 29 @ 10:00am
- BST: Wed Oct 28 @ 15:00 — Thu Oct 29 @ 15:00
- CEST: Wed Oct 28 @ 16:00 — Thu Oct 29 @ 16:00

Yep, 11 years, what a blast. See you all on the other side. Hopefully with ALL of our stuff lol. Just wish it didn’t have to be on a server named Halls of Fate lol. Oh well, supposed we’ll all get used to it quickly and its just a name afterall. But really lame name out of all the great KoS themed names that were suggested.

Well…… Guess I lose all my No Trade stuff. I did not see this until this morning, guess that’s what happens when you have a life and don’t go to the boards or login every night. See you on the the other side Unrest. Whats funny is I started on Guk, moved to Unrest when the last free transfers happened, now all my Characters are back together again.
