Almost to AoM expansion! Servers will come down about 5am and we are aiming to be live at 12pm pst. Purchasing up about the same time. #EQ2

Presumably this means we’ll be able to buy the Altar of Malice expansion around the same time servers come up, but possibly ambiguously sooner.

It’d sure be nice if they’d post this info on the official forums instead of just tweeting it…
Seriously, how difficult is it to follow through on this when they’ve gotten a ton of feedback from people who don’t tweet? Almost every one of my in-game friends rely on the forums first and foremost.
If it weren’t for Feldon, I wouldn’t have known how to plan my day tomorrow. :p

The irony is I was told this was to prevent a repeat of sentinel’s fate. I doubt we’ll see a repeat of this release strategy.

So, I’m going SOE live attendees are already flashed for the expac.
I just realized…I don’t think we ever used or item cards (for a backpack or something?) Hopefully expac flag still works. 🙂
