Find a Target Store Without SC Cards? SOE Wants to Know!
We’ve got an update from Ashlanne on the SOE forums:
All US Targets are involved in this promotion. We would like you to please send us the exact location for [any] Target that did not have the cards or told you they didn’t have the cards. A street address is necessary to look it up in our database.

This Target promotion is yet another example of SoE discriminating against customers who are in other countries or who simply can’t get to a Target store for whatever reason.
Why not make the promotion available online so we all can take advantage of this. Here in the UK we already pay more for Station Cash than in the US and this kind of thing makes it even more infuriating.
SoE be fair..let us all get a benefit out of these promotions rather than the select few.

I watch a television series developed and produced in Australia which has a very, very large following in Canada and the United States as well as other countries.
Due to Australian tax laws no one outside of Australia is able to take advantage of the promotions the production company offers. No one.
Fans outside of Australia also need to wait months to be able to purchase the product or even view the series on local televisions.
International laws effect more than just SOE products.

What television series and what promotions?
I am aware of no Australian tax law that would prevent the sale or gift of goods to an overseas customer. You are going to have to substantiate this or I am just going to call BS on it.
