Channeler Epic Weapon Starter Discovered!
Healov of Unrest (posting as Sylke on the forums) has just (less than 2 hours ago) discovered the Channeler Epic Weapon quest starter and shared the details on the EQ2 Forums. The Channeler Epic Weapon quest went live 5 days ago.
If you don’t want spoilers for where to find the Channeler quest, STOP READING!!
Ok last warning!
1. Go to Paineel (Sundered Frontier). In the same room as Sa’ib Waseem (Epic Repercussions NPC), go to loc 1986.34, -298.22, 3378.24. Click the 4th book from the right on the middle book case, 4 shelves up.
2. This will open a portal behind the pillar to the back-left.
3. Click the portal to enter Ryizz’Eianshieoll’s Sanctum
4. Inside, go the bookshelf at the back-right. There is a small book, click that to pick it up.
5. Read the book to start your quest!
Now, let’s get to work solving this thing!

Actually, I mislinked–that’s the initial version you get. The “actual” final Fabled lacks the nasty effect. (I thought I was linking the proper one, so I’m claiming the bad on that.)

Don’t you hate it when they put in multiple items with the same exact name?
Whenever someone posts an item link, I change it to an EQ2U link so people can hover over it and see the exact item without having to login to the game. I’d changed your previous item link to {eq2u}Spiritbreaker{/eq2u} but that was getting the wrong one. Here’s the correct one, specified with an exact item link:

put {eq2u} and {/eq2u} around an item name, replacing { and } with [ and ].
Or just paste an eq2u item link.

What a piece of junk. What are the buffs? The fabled bow shows some buffs that are obviously printed wrong.

The version with “buffs” is one from earlier in the Fabled line. Think of it like that scimitar from that HQ in Velious–the early, crocked version that has to be cleansed/fixed/improved. So yes, that’s not an error, it actually impairs you in that form.

Mystical version is just copypasta of hull piercer (pirate kings bow). Considering that you have to kill pirate kings to get the mystical it seems like a bad joke.
