The US EverQuest II servers are back up as of about 10 minutes ago and it looks like Tears of Veeshan is live! No word on when EU servers will be up.

After a 40 minutes crash, Storms is back up, so all EU servers are up for SoE players.
Patch will be tomorrow morning for prosieben players
Russian servers are still locked too.

spoke too fast, Storms is once more down. And I see that radarX saw coming grumbling about prosieben delay as he closed the feedback thread last week.
