SOE Live 2013 is coming up on us fast, and we want to get you revved up for the cool info, prizes, and fun you’ll see on stage at Planet Hollywood or (if your spending priorities include eating and paying rent) online via our livestream! Here’s a quick rundown of the SOE celebs that’ll bring you all the action!
Mark Tuttle – Host
Executive Producer, Strategy GamesMark spent 17 years doing morning radio programs (proving again that ANYONE can get into the gaming industry). Mark will bring a quirky, fun air to the Reception and Grand Banquet. If that doesn’t work, he’ll just buy your love with prizes.
Linda “Brasse” Carlson – Community Host
Director, Global Community RelationsLinda is the perennial host for SOE Live and never ceases to amaze us with the creativity and ingenuity of her costuming. What will she wear this year??

You’re going to see SOE President John Smedley and your favorite devs on stage throughout the weekend spilling the secrets of your favorite games!

Yup, your coverage is second to none – I don’t know how you manage to do it all so quickly and at such a professional standard. Though you’ve got your work cut out this year with 2 games now as well as your own panel again.
That said I usually watch the live streams from the show and any uploaded videos in the days after. It definitely looks like they’re cutting them down this year, and I thought this year might be the year they really go to town with the livestreaming considering EQN.
Oh well, we know you will do us all proud anyways. No pressure….. 😉

I expect last year’s attendance was low due to the insane time they had it at. Since last year’s attendance was low the budget for this year’s would be scaled back. etc, etc, etc.
