GENERAL
- The Auto attack Timing window can now be resized.
POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
Withered Lands
- Talapatook'tei should no longer get in a state where he is completely damage immune if damaged too quickly.
ABILITIES
- The effectiveness of riposte damage now diminishes as it gets higher and is now a rating stat rather than a direct percent increase.
ITEMS
- Solidified Blood of Rallos Zek now grants 50 crit bonus instead of 100 Multi-attack.
- Focused Will of the Warlord now grants 50 crit bonus instead of 100 Multi-attack.
QUESTS
- The Crushbone Water should now have its empty water jug show up as a quest bauble in the tracker window.
- Counting Their Blessings will no longer show quest target icons on all mobs in zone.

Did they really nerf the alraedy non-existant riposte damage? ...
While there is still some item NO TRADE without much reason, some priest wrist from CD, or the Fabled Shield from last name in UD who is not much better than the one that can be found in Weathered land who is Tradeable. (done /bug report but nothing is done look like they r too busy with marketplace (sarcasme))
The 136 stats legendary ring is missing.

While rare drop have no armor.
If never you have a link with more info on the drops please share... (readable info not a database site)
We have verified all legendary drop and few fabled, they all can be duo. Rare are rare (less than 1/10 i bet 5%)
/sigh, weaponsmiths still dont have the 92 shurikens
Drop info is not available in the feeds. It's hand-farmed by sites like LootDB. Zam hasn't gotten new data from SOE in a long time.
this is doesn't have anything to do with the patch notes, but they ALSO stealth added the facebook quest reward, the prowler mount. they said they were giving a notice, but it was added, that's for sure. and of COURSE, it was only one per acount...

Didn't you know? It was so much of a problem they had to dedicate time to changing it, you know, because it was the best way to make it fair for other classes.
