EQ2U: Item Discovery Data Refreshed, Removes Ill-Gotten Gains
We receive word this evening that the Item Discovery data within the Data Feeds API has been refreshed, with those ill-gotten item discoveries through an exploit of Item Reforging have been removed from the data stream.
Please let us know if you see any issues with item discovery data on EQ2U after this change.
Hi, yeah I'm seeing issues here I think.
I discoe'd some fabled shoes from the one raid ini on my server, they used to show up in my profile under discoveries, now they're gone.
Looks like the data feeds have no discovery data for the character Hateeternal on the Valor server. From doing spot checks of other discovery data, what I've looked at seems to be correct. Don't know why that single discovery would have gone missing. Was it a fairly recent discovery? Do you remember what the item was?
Did anything happen to the players who were caught doing this exploit? There was a Pally with some pretty insane disco's I think?
