Repeated Login Issues Plague EQ2, SOE Games
Continuing a disconcerting trend, SOE Login servers are again having trouble accepting user logins to SOE games including EverQuest 2.
From Piestro on the EverQuest2 Facebook page:
We’re addressing an issue affecting all game logins now. Sorry for the delay, we’ll have it fixed shortly.
The EQ2 Forums are also predictably running slow and throwing random errors. It seems that the SOE infrastructure is literally crumbling before our eyes.

Yeah it seems like a lot of this was going around today. SOE, Steam, Minecraft, and Vivox voice in other non-soe games all seem to be having login/system issues. After a few hours of it I gave up and played Grimrock on my laptop. It seems weird for it to be happening to all those separately owned things on the same day though.

If it actually is happening to multiple unrelated companies at the same time, then it’s not going to be SOE’s fault specifically.

Gw looks like a good game , but like it’s predecessor it’s not eq2. It’s sort of a different genre game…plus it has guns (like Rift). I pray that eq franchises always steer clear of *bang bang*. Cannons made me itchy, but barely tolerant.

I would do a GW2Wire if and only if there are TWO full-time content authors. It has to be more than just copy-paste of press releases, update notes, etc. Commentary, opinion, and guides are all key ingredients.

The Secret World is where I will be once it comes out, since I am guaranteed beta access for playing their 3 faction facebook mini game that resembles RISK. I may get GW2 later on but I usually don’t buy a game unless I can test it first, and NCSoft thinks paying for it before we can beta test it a good marketing strategy… What else can we expect from the people who killed Tabula Rasa though (I miss it). I’ll wait till they have a free trial period. 🙂

Flames has been throwing a Disk Full error all day. I guess BS takes a lot of room.

i also know i have the right password and login and i still cant logon cuz of an issue with it saying its wrong. please help
