“one of the most anticipated features” … They’re definitely smoking something, tbh AoD’s only anticipated feature is Beastlords, which I won’t even be rolling one, is this the biggest joke of an expansion in MMO history? It is in EQ2 history, at any rate.

As the director of Global Community Relations Brasse definitely says some things that are probably not in SOE’s best interest and sound dumb. Not creating a beastlord during beta because that’s what everyone else will be? Waiting for double SC to buy the expansion? No disrespect intended, I understand Brasse is trying to make the webcasts friends and lighthearted, but I don’t think that’s the way.

Honestly do we really think, like the arena,BF etc before it this feature will be used for more than a couple of months before people just cant be bothered with it?

Ooh, such burning contempt…you have learned well… 😈

Anyhoo, looks like I’m a demographic of one, but I’m actually looking forward to ‘Dungeon Maker’. But then, like I’ve said, I’m still a sadistic Sims player at heart, so what do I know…

    Chido,

You are trying to connect to Twitch TV 5 hours too early. You won’t need a password when the webcast starts.

Brasse actually said wait for double SC to buy the expansion? Yikes, priceless.

I could see the beastlord comment, a group of all BLs isn’t the best to test the new “content” is it? However, what new content is there to test? Freeport?

If BLs are anything like BLs were at launch in EQ1 (ie best at everything) then a group of 6 of them probably will be the best for testing the new nonexistant content.

Here’s the dungeon maker webcast btw for anyone who’s actually interested: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0EdLQDWnTLw
