StationCash Marketplace Down/Incorrect Balances

A player brought an issue to our attention with inaccurate StationCash balance. We can confirm this as on the SOE website, we show the correct balance but in-game, it shows not even 0SC, but just a blank space where the value should be. As a result, I’m not able to buy anything. Even players without a corrupted SC value are reporting that buying items and adding funds with a credit card are not possible.

UPDATE: StationCash values were corrected about 1 hour after this was written.

    Time 2.32pm Sunday the 15th of May SERVERS ARE DOWN!!!…….I awoke this mourn at 6.30am logged into EQ2 thought brilliant its up then headed downstairs for breakfast and went out for a walk.I just returned home made myself a coffee and headed upstairs pressing the PC boot button with a small and silly grin on my face.I typed in my new password and did all the things i was asked to do correctly then all of a sudden the message appears TIMED OUT!! thinking fast i thought oo it must be my Internet connection rebooted my cable connections sat back at the pc again TIMED OUT!!! ahh i know what it is it must be my firewall after the update they would have changed its version i will go and give it access again nope TIMED OUT!!!.THE HORROR!! anybody else out there having the same problems.

    Feldon I just got off the phone with sony online their phone suppport stayed the night and is working in shifts, will be again today.

    My wife, myself and 2 daughters have 5 station accounts sony all access at 29.99$ per month times 5 is 150$ month here is my point, we tried to log in all 5 accounts on eq 2, eq 1, vanguard, star wars, dc online etc, all the accounts got time out error.

    Now we then tried again for any of the games with all the accounts, we then got your to underage to play game , we got this message in every game.

    So my wife and me just called sony online at 920 am eastern right before im posting this, and female I spoke to guessed before I could tell her, it seems everyone is calling about it, and she said they Know about the underage message but have no idea why its doing that and how to fix it.

    So Feldon I think strongley they got hacked again.

    You can call and confirm this with sony online their their right now answering phones, they wont confirm they got hacked again all, they will say is, they know about underage message , and dont let you log in any account in any game , and it seems everyone is geting this message, you can log in your accounts, feldon you will see yourself.

    1 last thing since like at 2 am last night eastern time they have told me account mgmt sites for billing and change password was down under maintence and still is ok?

    That being said that doesnt explain how hell, you get this underage message when you try to log in, it says your to young and does not let you log in.

    indeed. If i try to launch from the patcher i get operation timed out. If i bypass the patcher it tells me incorrect log in. If i use the new patcher i get ” You are underage and not authorized to access this account” Seems lots of people on face book are having the same issues.

    I am able to log into the forums So i know my password is not incorrect. However Even though others are creating and responding to thread I am unable to even though im logged in. Ive tried logging in and out.

    Ive tried to reset or access the billing portion of my account from station .com and it returns an error each time.

    I left myself logged in last night just for this reason in-case something brought login servers down or what not .. but woke up to a log in screen anyhow this morning.

    My station cash balance was fine until this morning, when it showed no value. So it looks like they are still getting things settled.
